My Journey

From a little girl with big dreams, through a journey of addiction and trauma, to emerging with love, compassion, and ambition

Hi, I’m Lauren Kalal, and I’m the founder of Kiwi Kalal Living. Growing up, I had dreams that were full of life and possibility. But, like many, I faced challenges along the way. Years of addiction and trauma led me to a point where I realized I needed a change.

I decided to take a step toward a better life. I moved away from my hometown and entered a recovery center, where my journey of healing truly began. Through therapy, courses, and working with various coaches, I learned to reconnect with myself and began to transform my life.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Whether you’re in recovery or just looking to make positive changes, I’m here to guide you. I’ve dedicated my life to supporting others in turning their challenges into strengths and discovering what truly fulfills them.

My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, shaped by my own experiences. I believe in the power of personal growth and the importance of living authentically. Watching others grow, believe in themselves, and align their lives with their deepest values is incredibly rewarding for me.

I’m grateful for everything I’ve been through, as it’s made me who I am today—someone who is committed to helping you find your true path and live a life that feels right for you.

My Mission

To guide you on a transformative journey back to your true self, igniting you to express and embody your creative soul. I am dedicated to empowering you to live a life aligned with your deepest dreams and aspirations.

Values

Experience, education, and growth are the values that guide me in helping you uncover your true purpose.

Experience

I value experience because it has shaped who I am today. Embracing life, facing fears, and navigating challenges are essential to overcoming obstacles and reaching your goals.

Education

Building on experience, I value education deeply. I believe that there is no greater teacher than life itself. The best way to learn is by fully engaging with the world around you.

Growth

Growth in knowledge and wisdom is a top priority. Using experience to learn and grow is the path to achieving your goals. Failures aren’t setbacks; they’re opportunities to learn, evolve, and keep moving forward.

Enough

About me,

Let’s talk

about you!

Are you truly happy, or just comfortable? It’s a question worth asking, especially when life seems to be on autopilot. There comes a time when you’re called to pause, reflect, and go within to really get to know who you are when the noise of the world fades away.

Your answers are from within

You’re here for a reason. Maybe now is the time to start looking within and find out what you’re really meant to do.

This time of self-discovery is important and shouldn’t be rushed or ignored. Beneath everyday pressures and the expectations we place on ourselves, there are answers waiting for you. These answers can help you understand your true purpose, find your inner strength, and discover what truly makes you happy.
